COVID-19 Safety Management Measures
1. GENERAL
1.1 At Dreams, we go the extra mile to keep our children safe and healthy. In addition to the standard regulations required by MOH/ SportSG, we apply the following additional Covid Safety Management Measures. These are strictly applied across the board to ensure the safety of all our participants, staff, and their families.
1.2. We are an SG Clean-certified facility. We have in place robust cleaning, hygiene, and disinfecting procedures, to ensure the health and well-being of all our participants and staff.
1.3. High-touch equipment and training aids are disinfected after each use, multiple times within each session. High-touch points and common equipment in our gymnasium are disinfected before and after each session. The entire premise is cleaned and disinfected at least thrice
weekly.
1.4. All our staff are fully-vaccinated and ART-tested on a weekly/ fortnightly basis.
1.5. All our staff and participants are masked-up for the duration of classes at Dreams. Unmasked persons, regardless of age or purpose, will not be granted entry into our premises.
2. SAFETY MEASURES FOR CLASSES
2.1 With effect from Oct 2021, participants are required to submit a one-off negative ART result (https://forms.gle/9j2Eytoxbhxf71Ev9) within 24h prior to their first physical class.
2.2. We comply with the required group sizes and distancing ratios. Each participant is assigned a “bubble” upon check-in, and programs are designed to avoid interaction or mingling between bubbles.
2.3. All doors are fully open, and fans turned on at maximum, to always ensure good ventilation through the gymnasium.
2.4. We have separate entry and exit points, so participants from different sessions do not meet or mingle.
2.5. Children are released for water breaks, toilet breaks and dismissal at staggered timings.
2.6. Children’s hands are sanitized at entry and exit, periodically during lesson times, as well as before and after working on each piece of apparatus.
2.7. To minimize inter-mingling between children from different sessions, participants are only allowed to replace or reschedule classes with valid MC/ QO/ LOA/ SHN, as well as for vacation/ travel plans informed in writing before the start of Term.
3. QO / LOA / SHN / HRW
3.1. Where a household member has been issued a QO/ SHN/ LOA/ HRW, participants are required to submit a negative ART result (https://forms.gle/9j2Eytoxbhxf71Ev9) within 24hrs prior to every lesson attended within the affected period.
3.2.Where a household member has been tested positive, participants are asked to sit out of classes until the whole household has fully recovered and been discharged. Make-up options will be provided accordingly for the commensurate number of sessions missed
