“Believe”, our Recreational program, is a co-ed program catered to girls and boys aged 7 years old and up. This program spans a broad range of capabilities, and caters to children ranging from total Beginners to experienced gymnasts who choose to keep learning at the Recreational level.

Children are taught gymnastics fundamentals on all pieces of competitive gymnastics apparatus. They build proficiency in all Dominant Movement Patterns – Statics, Spring, Landing, Locomotion, Rotation, Swing, and Object Manipulation. Through fun and progressive activities, children build strength, agility, balance, flexibility, and proprioception. Mentally, they learn control, coordination, discipline and concentration.

All classes are taught by professional gymnastics coaches. Children may choose to train 1 to 2 times a week. No prior experience is needed to enroll in this program.
