Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL

1.1 Participants shall adhere to the terms & conditions, policies and/or instructions of Dreams Gymnastics (hereinafter known as “Dreams”), its Management, employees, coaches, associates and agents with regard to Dreams’ programmes and activities.

1.2 Dreams Gymnastics reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, modify, add or remove from our Terms and Conditions, policies and/or directives. In the event of any doubt or dispute, our Management’s decision shall be final.

2. TERMS & CLASSES

2.1 The period of each Term shall be based on eight (8) calendar weeks. For certain Terms that are of irregular duration (e.g. some months with 5 weeks), Term fees shall be pro-rated for the addition or reduction in classes.

2.2 There shall be no classes on government gazetted public holidays, eve of Christmas & Chinese New Year, as well as Dreams’ designated event dates and Term Breaks.

2.3 Dreams reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule (i.e. date and/or time) of any classes due to competitions, workshops or special events.

2.4 Class registration shall be on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to our Coaching ratios and availability.

2.5 The placement or progression of each participant in the respective levels or class, shall be based on our Coaches’ assessment and periodic review.

2.6 All participants shall book their desired class slots at least 3 working days in advance. Walk-ins, without prior booking or notification (with acknowledgment), will not be entertained.

3. MAKE-UP, PRO-RATE AND REFUND POLICY

3.1 Make-up or reschedule of classes shall only be provided for conditions under clause 2.2, and/or for vacation or overseas travel with written notification made before the start of Term, and/or for participants with valid Medical Certificates issued by Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH)-certified doctors.

3.1.1 For travel-related make-up arrangements, all make-up sessions shall be completed within four (4) calendar weeks upon return from overseas travel.
3.1.2 For medical-related make-up arrangements, all make-up sessions shall be completed within four (4) calendar weeks upon expiry date of the Medical Certificate.
3.1.3 In both the events laid out in 3.1.1 as well as 3.1.2, including should both conditions occur concurrently within the same Term, make-up eligibility shall not be more than two (2)calendar weeks’ worth of sessions per Term. For a participant who trains twice weekly for example, this translates into a maximum of four(4)make-up sessions per Term.
3.1.4 Make-up or reschedule of classes shall be further provided for where any participant and/or their household member(s) has tested positive for Covid-19. The participant will be required to sit out of classes until the whole household has fully recovered and been discharged. Make-up options will be provided accordingly for the commensurate number of sessions missed.
3.1.5 Make-up sessions are to be attended within one of our offered slots, and completed within the provided validity period. There will be no further rescheduling, rebooking, pro-rate or refund for the make-up session if the participant is unable to make it for the available timeslots.
3.1.6 The make-up session will be considered completed once the booking is confirmed by Dreams. There will be no further rescheduling, rebooking, pro-rate of refund for the make-up session even if the participant does not attend the scheduled session.
3.1.7 Parents or Participants are responsible for their own class bookings and make-up requests. There will be no reminders to book or attend make-up sessions.

3.2 Pro-rate arrangements shall only be offered for irregular-length Terms, and/or for overseas travel under the following conditions.

3.2.1 Term fees are quoted based on an eight (8) -week basis. Irregular Terms of more, or less than, eight (8) full weeks will be pro-rated according to the number of actual sessions provided in the Term.
3.2.2 For overseas travel of more than two (2) calendar weeks’ duration, and with written notification made before the start of Term, participants will be eligible for a pro-rate arrangement. Eligibility shall however not be more than four (4) calendar weeks in duration, or the equivalent number of missed sessions, per calendar year. For a participant who trains twice weekly for example, this translates into a maximum of eight(8)pro-rated sessions per calendar year.

3.3 Suspension or termination of attendance or enrollment during the Term, for any reason aside from the conditions laid out in clauses 3.1 and 3.2, will not qualify for any make-up or pro-rate provision.

3.4 All fees paid are strictly non-refundable,non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for other goods or services.

4 PAYMENT

4.1 Membership Fees.

4.1.4 The prevailing membership fees shall be payable to Dreams at the point of registration. Rates may be adjusted from time to time as determined by Dreams’ Management.
4.1.5 Membership fees shall be tied to the individual participant and is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for other goods or services.
4.1.6 Membership fees shall be chargeable for re-registration or a participant where there has been a lapse or continuous break of six(6)calendar months or more.

4.2 Term Fees.

4.2.4 Full payment for each Term shall be made at least two(2)calendar weeks prior to the start of the new Term, or by our indicated payment deadline.
4.2.5 A participant’s place and regular slot(s) shall be automatically released to other members for booking, if full payment has not been made to secure the desired place or slots, at least two (2)calendar weeks prior to the start of the new Term, or by our indicated payment deadline.
4.2.6 An administrative fee, based on 10% of the total Term Fees due, shall be imposed for any late payment.
4.2.7 A participant shall not be granted entry into class upon commencement of the new Term period, until and unless all outstanding payments have been made and verified.

4.3 Ad-hoc Sessions / Repeat Trials.

4.3.4 Ad-hoc sessions (enrollment for less than one full Term) and repeat trials shall be chargeable and pro-rated at prevailing class rates, with an additional 10% administrative fee.

4.4 Discounts.

4.4.4 Available discounts apply only to full-term enrollments.
4.4.5 Only one discount or promotion shall apply at any time. Where a participant is eligible for more than one option, the discount or promotion of greater value will automatically be applied.
4.4.6 Siblings enrolled concurrently shall enjoy 10% off total Term fees.
4.4.7 Temasek Club members shall enjoy 10%off Term Fees for Kinder and Recreational programmes, or priority placement for Developmental and Competitive programmes.

4.5 All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for other goods or services.
