Dreams Gymnastics was established in 2014 by Ms Sarah Tang, to provide Artistic Gymnastics training for aspiring children. During its early years, Dreams operated from the Singapore Chinese Girls’ School (SCGS). As Dreams Gymnastics grew, there was a strong demand to expand and increase our capacity. In 2020, we moved our operations to our permanent home in Temasek Club. Dreams Gymnastics now offers classes in our own 5,000-square foot world-class gymnasium, which is fully-equipped with competition-grade equipment.

Founded on love and passion, Dreams Gymnastics aims to bring an unmatched level of excellence to the gymnastics fraternity in Singapore, where every child is encouraged to follow their dreams and maximise their own potential. At Dreams Gymnastics, we firmly believe in nurturing our gymnasts through a holistic developmental programme, that has proven to groom many national-level gymnasts. Dreams Gymnastics’ unique approach is aimed not only towards gymnastics training, but also to acquire physical & cognitive skills, build confidence & discipline, as well as develop mental agility & resilience.

Dreams Gymnastics is the home of national gymnasts. Many of our coaches are former national gymnasts, and our coaches are all nationally-accredited. Under the guidance of Ms Sarah Tang (Founder & Director), our coaches are all trained and aligned to Dreams Gymnastics’ developmental philosophy. Our coaches are well-qualified to groom children of all ages, background and capabilities.
